Customer Billing Portal

How do I access the products I've purchased in the past?

Step 1:  Click here to access the Customer Billing Portal.

Step 2: You will be asked to enter the email address that you used when making this purchase.  Enter your email address and click the "Search" button.  

Step 3: You should received an email with the subject line “Confirm customer billing portal access“.

(Be sure to check your spam folder for an email from “SEL Power Pack”)

Step 4: In the customer billing portal, enter the 6 digit code contained in the email from “SEL Power Pack" and click the "Verify" button.  

Step 5: You will then be able to see all of your past product purchases.

How do I change the payment method for my subscription?

Step 1: In the Customer Billing Portal, click on the product you want to view details for.

Step 2: Click on the "Payment Method" tab.  Your payment details will be shown.

Step 3: To update your billing information, click on "Update Your Billing".

Step 4: Enter your new payment information and click "Save Credit Card".

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Step 1: In the Customer Billing Portal, click on the product you want to view details for.

Step 2: Click on the "Current Plan" tab.  Your subscription details will be shown.  

Step 3: You can pause or cancel your current subscription by clicking the button for the option you choose.

Step 4: You can return to the Customer Billing Portal to re-activate your subscription at any time.

SEL Power Pack

How do I access my SEL Power Pack downloads?

New SEL Power Packs are emailed to all members on the 15th of every month. The email will contain links to a members page where you can download the individual PDF files. 

Help! I can't find the SEL Power Pack emails!

Sometimes, our emails are accidentally sent into your spam or promotions folder. Please search all your folders for "SEL Power Pack."

We also recommend adding support@selpowerpack to your approved contacts list.

Note that if you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you will not receive the new SEL Power Packs.
